The following terms serve as a contract that administrates your use of our website, applications and services.

YOUR USE OF THE WEBSITE, APPLICATIONS, SERVICES (“SERVICES”) OR PRODUCTS SHALL BE CONSIDERED TO BE YOUR AGREEMENT TO ABIDE BY EACH OF THE TERMS SET FORTH BELOW. STUDYNERDS MAY MAKE CHANGES TO THE CONTENT OFFERED ON THE WEBSITE, SERVICES, APPLICATIONS OR PRODUCTS AT ANY TIME. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND APPROVE THAT, BY ACCESSING OR USING THE WEBSITE, APPLICATIONS PRODUCTS, OR SERVICES OR POSTING OR BY DOWNLOADING ANY CONTENT FROM OR ON THE WEBSITE, PRODUCTS, SERVICES OR APPLICATIONS, YOU ARE SHOWING THAT YOU HAVE READ, AND THAT YOU COMPREHEND AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS. In these Terms, “User” stands for anyone who accesses or registers for our Services, including without limitation Tutors, students, or other users. “Tutor” means the person who provides instruction, answers, tutoring, online courses, and learning services through our Services.

Permitted Use
You will only use the Services for your own personal use, and only in a way that complies with all laws that apply to you. You are not allowed to resell or make any commercial use of the Services or any product therein (other than your own Submissions, subject to the non-exclusive license you give to us). Any product you access through the Services is licensed, not sold to you, regardless of the use of the term “purchase” herein. “Product” means the materials available on or displayed or performed or through the Services, including, but not limited to, course materials, text, graphics, data, flash cards, articles, images, illustrations, , class notes, photos, Expert Answers, and so forth. “Submissions” means any Content you store, post, share, upload, or otherwise provide through the Services, whether as User or an Instructor.

If your use of the Services is forbidden by applicable laws, then you aren’t ratified to use the Services. We won’t and can’t be answerable for your using the Services in a way that breaks the law.

We are not responsible for Content
Studynerds is not responsible for monitoring, endorsing, editing, modifying, screening, filtering, or guaranteeing any Content. We are not liable for any acts or omissions of Users, or the accuracy or completeness of any answers. Content is to be used for general information purposes only, not as a substitute for in-person final submission answer or specific professional advice.

Student Question and Tutors

Users may post assignment with as much information as possible. Users may be able to make an upfront payment as a commitment. Users will then wait as an expert works on the assignment and when the assignment is complete users will get their complete answer through the email they provided.

REFUND POLICY

We take pride in providing students with top quality tutorials and example assignments at a pocket friendly price. We guarantee 100% satisfaction. However, if you have any issue with the download you receive at the moment of purchase, you can contact us at  support@studynerds.com. Materials purchased from our services are not refundable.

Studynerds has full discretion to decide the eligibility for refunds for answers that a user may report as inacceptable. Our review team will look at the user’s answer closely and determine whether or not the user was provided quality answer. If you are to withdraw a question, we need enough proof on the withdrawal appeal, which includes plagiarism checker results, screenshots of low quality and anything that assist the review team a solid decision towards approving the refund.

We provide refunds to users for:

  • Late submission of work.
  • High percentage of incomplete work of the originally posted question.
  • Plagiarized work with provided proof.
  • Too much poor quality with provided proof.
  • Incomplete answer to your question.
  • Lack of further edits within reason to comply with originally posted instructions.

PAYMENT DISPUTES

Once you use our services you agree that you will not file a payment dispute with PayPal or other customer’s credit card without first trying to contact support. Trying to get refund by fraudulently reporting an item as not received is a digital theft crime. Our system records your email address, IP address and other transaction related information in accordance with our privacy policy. In the event of a payment dispute this information will be provided to customer’s credit card company or PayPal. A severe action will be taken to clients attempting to commit digital theft by fraudulently reporting an item as not received.
